Nexus Battlefield is completely mobile. You choose the experience, pick the location, gather your group, and we bring the equipment, setup, music, coaching, and action directly to you.

1. CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Pick the adventure that fits your group:

⚔️ KING’S CLASH
Step onto the battlefield with padded medieval-style weapons, shields, team battles, challenges, and multiple game modes.

🪓 MOBILE AXE THROWING
We bring our mobile axe throwing setup directly to your event for a competitive throwing experience led by our team.

⚔️ + 🪓 COMBO PACKAGES
Want both? Combine King’s Clash and Mobile Axe Throwing for an even bigger Nexus experience.

You can also customize your event with available add-ons and finales.


2. BOOK YOUR EVENT

Choose your package, date, and available time through our online booking system.

Our pricing is based on the experience — not individual admission.

That means bringing a larger group doesn’t mean buying a separate ticket for every person.

3. TELL US WHERE TO GO

Nexus Battlefield comes to you.

Provide the location of your event when booking. Before your event, we’ll make sure the location has enough safe space for your selected activities.

Depending on the package, we can set up at locations such as:

• Backyards
• Parks
• Schools
• Churches
• Corporate events
• Community events
• Festivals
• Private venues
• Family gatherings


4. COMPLETE YOUR WAIVERS

Every participant must have a completed liability waiver before participating.

Participants under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Waivers can be completed before the event so everyone can spend less time doing paperwork and more time preparing for battle.


5. WE ARRIVE & BUILD THE EXPERIENCE

Before your scheduled start time, the Nexus Battlefield team arrives with the equipment needed for your package.

Depending on your experience, we may bring:

• Padded battle weapons
• Shields
• Battlefield props
• Team equipment
• Game-mode equipment
• Mobile axe throwing setup
• Targets
• Speakers and music
• Event equipment
• Safety equipment

We handle setup so you don’t have to build anything yourself.

You provide the people.

We provide the battlefield.


6. SAFETY BRIEFING & COACHING

Before gameplay begins, our team explains the rules, demonstrates how to safely use the equipment, and prepares everyone for the experience.

For King’s Clash, players learn the basics of:

• Striking
• Blocking
• Defending
• Countering
• Movement
• Team strategy

For axe throwing, participants receive instruction on safe handling, throwing technique, and range rules.

Then it’s time to play.


7. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN

Once everyone understands the rules, we take over the experience.

King’s Clash participants can compete through different battlefield games and challenges while Nexus staff organizes and controls each round.

Axe throwing participants compete at the targets while our team supervises the throwing area.

You don’t have to organize the games, explain the rules, or keep everybody entertained.

That’s our job.


8. ADD THE GRAND FINALE

Depending on your package and selected add-ons, you can make the end of your event even bigger.

Available experiences may include additional battle time, special game modes, finales, and other Nexus Battlefield upgrades.

Turn a great event into something your group will still be talking about afterward.


9. WE PACK IT ALL UP

When the experience ends, Nexus Battlefield handles the teardown and equipment.

No battlefield sitting in your backyard for the next six months.
