Students join factions, rally their teammates, and take on medieval-inspired challenges using padded foam swords.

Our coaches explain the rules, organize teams, and lead the action. Whether players are defending their side or racing toward an objective, every round gives them a reason to work together.

Available game modes:

• Team Deathmatch: Work together to outlast the opposing team.
• Free-for-All: Every player competes for themselves.
• Gem Rush: Help your team collect the objective.
• Castle Siege: Coordinate your team’s attack and defense.

Game mode availability depends on your selected package.

Recommended for ages 7+. Up to 40 active players may participate, depending on the package, available space, and conditions. Larger groups rotate through the activity.

Turn a suitable field, gym, or event space into a laser tag battlefield.

Players use BRX laser taggers and wireless sensor headbands to compete in hosted games. Inflatable bunkers create cover while teammates communicate, plan their moves, and tackle each round together.

Our coach explains safe handling and throwing technique before guiding participants through supervised turns and friendly competitions.

A larger attendance count doesn’t mean everyone has to play at once.

We’ll work with your organizer to divide participants into manageable groups and plan turns around equipment capacity, ages, and available time.

For mixed-age events, we can discuss assigning activities by age group and coordinating transitions with your leaders.

Tell us your expected attendance before booking. Larger events may need additional activity time, staffing, or a customized quote.

Nexus Battlefield handles:

Your school or youth organization provides:

• A designated event contact.
• Appropriate adult chaperones for your group.
• Participant check-in and waiver coordination.
• Support with transitions, waiting groups, and behavior.
• Venue permission, access, and suitable activity space.

Our activity coaches work alongside your leaders. Your organization remains responsible for general student supervision throughout the event.

Every activity begins with instructions and a demonstration. Participants must listen to coaches and follow the rules throughout play.

For King’s Clash:

• No head, neck, or groin strikes.
• No thrusting, tackling, or uncontrolled swings.
• Use controlled contact with the padded equipment.
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Unsafe play may result in removal from the activity.

For laser tag:

• Stay within the designated boundaries.
• No physical contact, climbing on bunkers, or striking with equipment.
• Stop when instructed by the coach.

For axe throwing:

• Enter the throwing area only when directed.
• Throw and retrieve axes only on the coach’s instructions.
• Waiting participants remain outside the active throwing area.

Every participant needs a completed waiver before joining an activity. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each minor.

We can provide a waiver link for your organization to distribute before the event. Sending it in advance gives families time to complete it and helps your leaders prepare for check-in.

An organizer’s signature does not replace the individual parent or guardian waiver required for each minor.

Book with a 50% deposit. We’ll coordinate the activity schedule, access, setup needs, and waiver process.

Have participants arrive ready to listen, move, and play. Our crew handles setup and leads the activities while your chaperones help keep the group organized.

Can you set up at our school or church?

Yes, provided the venue has suitable space and gives permission. Laser tag and King’s Clash may work indoors or outdoors. Axe throwing requires level trailer access and an appropriate operating area.

How much space do we need?

Space requirements depend on your activities, group size, and equipment package. Send us photos or details of your proposed area so we can discuss the layout.

Can you accommodate different ages?

We can discuss separate groups and activity assignments based on age. Laser tag and King’s Clash are recommended for ages 7+. Please confirm axe-throwing suitability with us before booking.

Can students sit out an activity?

Yes. Students can cheer on their group without participating in every activity. Your chaperones should supervise students who are waiting or sitting out. Let us know about accessibility or participation needs during planning.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Discuss a suitable indoor backup location with us when planning your event. Some activities and equipment require outdoor access or specific conditions. Contact us before the event if weather may affect your plans.

Are prices per student?

No. Our published packages use flat group pricing. Recommended group sizes and active-player limits still apply. Larger groups may require additional time or a customized plan.

Are there additional charges?

Taxes, travel fees, and optional upgrades may be additional. Your quote will outline the charges for your event.
