Planning an event should be exciting, not confusing. Whether you're booking King’s Clash, Mobile Axe Throwing, a combo experience, or one of our add-ons, here are answers to the questions we hear most.

Nexus Battlefield is a mobile entertainment company that brings interactive experiences directly to your event.

Instead of traveling to a venue, we bring the battlefield to you.

We serve birthdays, family gatherings, corporate events, schools, churches, youth groups, festivals, community events, weddings, and more.

🚚 DO YOU COME TO OUR LOCATION?

Yes!

Nexus Battlefield is mobile. We travel to your event location and bring the equipment needed for your experience.

We can set up at locations such as:

• Backyards

• Parks

• Schools

• Churches

• Corporate properties

• HOA and community spaces

• Event venues

• Festivals

• Private properties

📍 WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We primarily serve the Denver metro area and surrounding Colorado communities.

If you're outside our normal service area, contact us anyway. Depending on the event and distance, we may still be able to come to you.

💰 IS YOUR PRICING PER PERSON?

No!

One of the biggest advantages of Nexus Battlefield is that our primary experiences are priced for the group, not per person.

That means the price stays the same whether you're bringing a smaller group or filling out the available group capacity.

👥 HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE?

King’s Clash can accommodate groups of up to approximately 40 participants, depending on the game mode and event setup.

Smaller groups are absolutely welcome too.

We can rotate players, organize teams, and adjust games based on the size and style of your event.

🧒 WHAT AGES CAN PARTICIPATE?

Many Nexus Battlefield experiences can be adapted for kids, teens, and adults.

The appropriate age depends on the specific activity.

King’s Clash uses foam weapons and protective equipment and can be adjusted for younger or older groups.

Mobile Axe Throwing has additional safety requirements and may have age restrictions depending on the event.

⚔️ IS KING’S CLASH SAFE?

Safety is a major part of how King’s Clash is operated.

Participants receive:

• Game instructions

• Safety instructions

• Rules before play

• Appropriate equipment

• Supervised game organization

King’s Clash uses foam combat equipment designed for recreational play.

Participants must follow all Nexus Battlefield rules.

📝 DO PARTICIPANTS NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Yes.

Participants may be required to complete a liability waiver before participating.

Waivers can be completed through our booking system before the event.

Parents or legal guardians may need to complete waivers for minors.

⏱️ HOW LONG ARE THE EXPERIENCES?

Most primary Nexus Battlefield experiences are booked in two-hour blocks.

Combo packages may run longer depending on the activities selected.

Additional time may also be available.

King’s Clash includes several different battle modes, so every event can feel different.

Players face powerful battlefield bosses with special rules and challenges.

Game modes may vary depending on the size and age of your group.

🏡 HOW MUCH SPACE DO WE NEED?

Space requirements depend on the experience.

King’s Clash works best in a reasonably open area such as:

• Backyard

• Park field

• Gym

• School field

• Event lawn

• Large indoor activity area

We can help determine whether your location will work before your event.

🪓 HOW DOES MOBILE AXE THROWING WORK?

We bring our mobile axe throwing setup directly to your event.

Participants receive instructions before throwing and must follow all safety rules while using the attraction.

Our team manages the experience so your guests can focus on having fun.

🔥 WHAT IS THE FIRE SPINNING FINALE?

Our Fire Spinning Finale is an optional entertainment add-on designed to give your event an unforgettable finish.

Our performers create a live fire performance for your guests after your main experience.

Availability may depend on:

• Location

• Weather

• Venue restrictions

• Local fire regulations

• Safety conditions

🌧️ WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Because many Nexus Battlefield experiences take place outdoors, weather can occasionally affect an event.

Rain, lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require changes to the experience.

Safety always comes first.

If weather may affect your event, we will work with you according to our booking and rescheduling policies.

📅 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

Booking early is recommended, especially for:

• Weekends

• Birthdays

• School events

• Festivals

• Large groups

• Corporate events

Popular dates can fill up.

Some bookings may require at least 24 hours advance notice.

🎂 DO YOU DO BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Absolutely!

King’s Clash is especially well suited for birthday parties because the entire group gets involved.

We can provide organized battles, team games, and different game modes throughout the experience.

🎪 CAN NEXUS BATTLEFIELD COME TO FESTIVALS OR LARGE EVENTS?

Yes.

Large events may require custom scheduling or pricing depending on attendance and event length.

🎒 DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT?

No.

Nexus Battlefield brings the equipment needed for the experience.

We’ll also explain the rules and organize gameplay when we arrive.

You provide the warriors.

We provide the battlefield.

👕 WHAT SHOULD PARTICIPANTS WEAR?

We recommend:

• Comfortable clothing

• Athletic shoes or closed-toe shoes

• Clothing appropriate for the weather

• Clothes participants can move around in

King’s Clash involves running, dodging, and battling, so comfortable clothing is strongly recommended.

⏰ WHEN SHOULD WE BE READY?

We recommend having participants available near the scheduled start time so we can explain rules, organize teams, and get everyone playing as quickly as possible.

Our team may arrive before the scheduled experience time to prepare equipment.
